                   AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING STORM
                   DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON PROPERTY AT 3809
                   AND 3811 NORTH TERRACE, STARTING FROM THE WEST
                   PROPERTY LINE OF 3809 AND ENDING AT EIGHT FEET
                   WEST OF EAST PROPERTY LINE OF 3811 NORTH
                   TERRACE, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
         abandoned storm drainage easement located in the properties at
         3809 and 3811 North Terrace, starting from the west property 
line
         of 3809 and ending at eight feet west of east property line of
         3811 North Terrace, more particularly described herein, and as
         shown on plat attached hereto and made a part hereof by 
reference:
               
                Abandonment of storm drain easement from the west
                property line of Tax Parcel No. 157I-G-22 to 8'
                west of the east property line of Tax Parcel No.
                157I-G-21 as acquired for proposed storm drain
                through Lots and part of Lots 21, 22, and 23,
                Woodland Hills S/D, ROHC Plat Book 8, page 11.
               
               
              	   SECTION 2.    BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this
         Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its 
passage
         as provided by law.
